Mmm good weekend 
Spent heaps of time with the family which was cool, I'm trying to cram in as much family-time as I can in the next few weeks.
I finally managed to sort out my flights to the states, so yay! Saturday I was in girlie heaven - I went to a make up sale where everything was $1-$3. Then I was soaking up the Melbourne sun on a golf course with dad, and a picnic dinner - nothing better than hamburgers cooked over an open fire, even with bits of foil stuck to it
The boys got a bit carried away building the fire, we had to stay for ages in the dark for it to die down enuf to leave without risking starting a bush fire.
Sunday I wore rollerskates for the first time in about 10 years, and it was awesome!! Haha I loved it, felt like a kid again. It was a classic seeing the roller-rat bogan chicks who spend every weekend at the skate rink trying to chat up the guy who gives out the skates, then trying to bust a move on the floor. I was embarrassed for them. It was my niece's 9th birthday and it was the coolest party I've been to in ages 2.5 hrs of skating just about killed me tho, I am sooooo unfit.
It's so good to be working at the moment. I never thought I'd say that, but I get so depressed and unhappy when I'm unemployed. The work is cruisey, the team is cool and I'm out of the house earning some much needed cash. And no homework when I leave! I love how you can just leave work at work.
Oh it turns out it was just beginners luck my last time on the golf course. I totally suck. But I'll keep going anyway!
