I just made these and they are so damn good! Taste so much like the real thing!
-----VEGAN TOFU "CHICK-NUGGETS" RECIPE-----
1 package firm tofu, pressed and drained. cut into 1inch cubes
mix togethe in one bowl:
3 tablespoons mustard (spicy or djion)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon water
in another bowl mix together:
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon cayanne pepper
1/2 tablespoon cumin
* Preheat oven at 375
*Cover tofu cubes in sauce and roll in crumbs and spices
* lightly grease pan, bake for about 15-20 mins. and then turn over and bake for another 15 mins. until golden and crispy.
*Very yummy dipped in bbq sause or honey mustard
