A funny thing happened the other night - I went to this big party at a co-op house. It was a costume party, though I didn't know that. So I'm dressed in my trademark thrift-store Boho outfit and someone tells me my costume is John Lennon. It's not the first time someone's told me I look like him, so I figured I'd just go with it. The party was great, until I got high and then started getting paranoid in a major way (it's a long story).
The sun just came out in Santa Cruz after 36 hours of torrential rain. Maybe I'll take a hike ...

"The Revolution of Everyday Life" is my favorite. Although I enjoy "Society of the Spectacle", I believe its a really good POEM and overated as a "manifesto". I never understood why people consider SotS a manifesto; was it intended to be one? It reads horribly as a manifesto, but exceptionally beautiful as a poem.
ggive me your email address and I'll forward you the emails.
