I got my monroe piercing yesterday, yay!
I am very excited about it. I know it doesn't seem like much but believe me, living in a traditional mexican home makes it almost impossible. I might end up buried in the backyard instead of the family spot at the graveyard. haha yeah maybe that's a bit extreme.. but I won't take it off.
cold days ahead of me.
I love cold weather because I can use many layers, scarfs, turtle necks, furry boots.. but I was used to the very warm caribbean sunny days at cozumel. it came as a bit of a cultural shock when I moved up here, but I knew I had to, especially if I wanted to study arts and open my possibilities of becoming a photographer/artist.
SG has been such a good experience. I am still really nervous about getting my first set done, I've heard of many girls being turned down temporarly and being asked to wait a couple of months before trying again with a new set. I know they have a lot of sets in queue and too many gorgeous girls to choose from, but I will give my best, or wait the 3 months why not? hope die last.
today I am doing a photo shoot with a friend. nothing SG related, just artsy photos from an instalation she did for school. I am asking her to borrow me a couple of lamps, light equipment I need for my set and those to come with the girls that are looking to join SG. I also want to travel to Hermosillo and work with a friend there, but with exams and little money, that is an impossible task for now. but considering there is no time line, I can work something out this december, go back home for the holidays and start a new semester with ... new photo shoots!
well that is all for now. better get ready, my friend is coming over

how have you guys been?
oh.. and. .behold my piercing!

what do you think, looks good?
XOXO <3
