On Saturday I left work halfway through my shift and hopped on a train to Guelph. It was the best thing I could have done. I hate it that I dread coming back to my home in London. I just hate the way I am when I'm here. I've changed a lot this year, and all for the worse I think..... and I feel so stuck here..... as though there is nothing beyond this house and work. Its hard not to be a hermit when pretty much your only friends live in the same house as you.
I'm really glad I'm going to be moving. There are a lot of things I will miss in London, but I'm ready to start over.
Three things piss me off today:
~Came home and my roommates came home shortly after, unpacking all the booze they bought from the LCBO even though we barely ever drink and have had NO groceries in the house for almost a week.
~Talked to my grandmother on the phone who told me a story she heard on the news about an old man who won $1000 at bingo, then 4 women beat him to death for it on his way home. He died on the phone with the people from the bingo hall after he had been mugged. They killed some poor old man for $250 each....
~My grandmother also told me about how things were at my house, and how my sister had been going to counselling which she REALLY needs. She told me my parents say they can't afford to pay for it, and so my grandparents end up paying for it. As well my sister broke her retainer and my grandparents had to pay for that to get fixed. A few days ago my parents bought a new lawn tractor, and yesterday they got their car cleaned for $400!! I can't believe that.
And now I think I'm about done with the emo post. I guess everyone has one of those days every once in a while, and it was my turn to vent.
Now for the happy part of the post.....
Something that makes me happy:
This crab. I am in love.
PS. I am very excited to see the Birthday Massacre tomorrow night.
