What seemed to be progress turned out not to be the case. I am referring to this rediscovery these past few days. Immediately after I sent the e-mail to re-establish communication with my long lost acquaintance I received the failed delivery notification in my inbox. Turns out the e-mail address that was attached to the newly found profile was old as well.

After consideration I have decided to e-mail this person from my past that I have rediscovered. Now I wait to see whether or not it was a mistake.
