Tonight, American Zero-The Unit is heading to a real studio to mix a three song demo. It's in a former Pabst Blue Ribbon brewery. I dropped of the Pro Tools sessions last night and it was really cool, this is like the fruition of a childhood dream!

I send so much time and energy avoiding conflict, yet it follows me and erupts at every turn. Maybe I should just throw my arms open and let it all fly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, last wednesday I came down with a terrible case of the flu. I missed thursday and friday at work and was terriffed that I would have to play our show sick as a dog. All things considered, it came off quite well, so hopefully some more will be on the way.
