I really havent been hanging out with anyone lately and I feel like I'm DYING of loneliness... but I know I'm not.... being so alone and bored makes me want alcohol.... trying not to go that route...
Just keep listening to music......... for hours throughout the day, at work, in the car, in the gym, at home......
This sort of solitude used to drive me nearly insane.... now it doesn't... and sometimes that's what makes it hurt even more. .... I'm saner than I've been in a long time.

Can you get out and do things? Go to the library . . or the Meriden or West Farms Mall.
