It's so very true. It's so fucking hard to be satisfied and happy. My mother is into the philosophies of Buddhism, and always reminds me that everything, every state of being, physical and emotional, is only temporary, so we should'nt freak out as much as we do. It's definitely easier to think that than to actually live it. I also happen to be one of many people who suffer from an anxiety disorder, so I struggle with that constantly. Drugs are not an option for me. What can you do?
