ATT I hate you... you suck at customer service you really do
I have had problems with my recharging case (mophie juice pack) that I bought from an ATT store when I got my iphone (3GS) in may.
now...My mophie started acting up in august ....wouldn't charge the pack just through to the phone. I felt really bad but took it back in just under the 90 day line and they gave me a new on on 8/10.
Now it started doing it again. I go in asking for a return. it doesn't work so I don't want it.
they can't return only replace.
I say fine ...give me a new one.
they can't ..so they say they'll order one ...
there isn't one to order.
so they give me a black box "This is the same thing." and they comp me the 20 dollar difference in the accessorie price on the thing, because the juice pack cost more, to my account. No bigs.
I get home and this is a damned P-Flip.
this isn't a case it's an extra battery pack that sits on the desk.
This isn't the same and I felt I got cheated.
I was also told that because I got my phone in may the new item that I recieved, that's not a battery/case will just be out of warrenty automatically and I cannot return it or exchange it or do anything.
this is not comprable and I feel like I need to do something
does anyone know the best way to contact someone at ATT to get a full return?
I mean this is stupid...
