I love this topic so much so thanks @missy @lyxzen @rambo
KEVIN SMITH has inspected me as a person and as a film maker, and thinking back now dogma was probably one of the first movies I really enjoyed.
He is such a huge inspiration to me because of how far he's come, and how so many people still see him as such a "low grade" but he made so much from nothing and has always stayed true to him self and what he wants to get from film.
Last year I saw him live and he talked for so long about so much and the whole time it felt as though he was speaking only to me and with every word I was film with such inspiration and wisdom I walked out wanting to make films more than I ever have.
Then there's all the side projects he does like his comic book store and the show that goes with it (comic book men) his countless pod casts, you can just see the passion for what he does dripping from him and it's beautiful.
I aim to make films like this man, no mater how stupid and lame how crap everyone else thinks my idea is I'll make what I like, I'll push myself and make sure I'll always be me.
He is an incredibly funny, talented smart man and I can't wait till the day I get to work with him. Cause trust me, it'll happen.
