So I am about to pack and I recieve aletter from my landlord stating:
Dear Amber:
I recieved your letter announcing your departure in two days. I intend to hold you to your lease. You gave me absoultely no notice. I'm not running a hotel. I expect payment of July's rent immediatly or I will proceed through legal channels. You must run an ad and show your apartment and re-rent it to one individual at the current rental rate. This individual must be approved by me. I expect to hear from you upon receipt of this letter.

and the homeless guy I brought food for after work wasn't there... wtf... i told him i would bring him food...

anyone need an apt in mount leb for less than 500 a month only paying electric? no pets and just one person but hey.
