Thanks for all the great advice. I'm not having the mirgraine issues from tension anymore.....that was many years ago. Right now, I just have this sore shoulder that I injured about a year ago, and it's been getting slowly better all the time. I only had one visit to the RMT during this time and after the session I felt much better, but now she's gone. Oh well, watch me whine, eh? and I"m usually NOT a whiner!!
