best pesto ever. just made some. yum yum yum
2 cups packed basil
1/4 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp pine nuts
1/3 cup fresh parmesean
and the clencher... 1/2 cup olive oil
enjoy!

I couldn't keep a garden alive if I had a gardener to do all the work. I'm that bad. I used these way overripe vine tomatoes I got at the farmers market. They were good eating for about a day.. then they had to be sauce. So good though.
