I had my first pole dancing lesson today, it was fun but my muscles are really aching now lol! Oh and I dyed my hair bright red the other day too

I have been busy painting our kitchen and conservatory, its not quite finished yet but its getting there now and its already looking a lot better The kitchen is blue and purple, and the conservatory is green although i think we are gonna paint some blue in there too.

I had the week off work and spent most of it in the sun although i've eaten too much bbq food, got bitten by mosquitoes and now have a pretty sunburnt back
