Brads brother goes to Virginia Tech.
He lost two friends, and his RA, whom was killed ten yards from his room.
This has shaken up his family and I more than the events of 9/11.
This has hit closer to home.
These events along with others at work (one of our cooks went jesus psycho on my manager and I the other morning, ranting and raving about killing and God and what not, he had to be escorted from the building. A restraining order was put on him, and we've had silent alram buttons installed.) have made me very anxious and paranoid.
I get nervous around strangers, to the point of anxiety attacks.
I'm afraid.
But,
is it really so irrational?

Your fear is definitely not irrational.
