So, we bought a couch today. of course, not the couch i wanted. which makes me sad. i wanted this sweet modern style couch that I can't get enough of. Of course, my other likes a more traditional style. and it was his financing, so he got to choose. It's alright. All beige suede reclining stuff. I have permission to frame my own art and have really bold colors in the rest of the room though. I say permission like he told me I couldn't at some point but our decorating has some contention!

For decorating, though, since we can't paint the walls or anything, I found these really great decals that just sort of stick to the wall like peel off stickers. It'll be just as nice an eye piece as a fancier couch would have been. I don't mean to sound like I don't like the couch. Its a good couch. all comfy and the material on it is great. Just not the style I would have chosen for myself. Out of the ones that we were chosing between, it was the one I liked the most.

I've also decided that i have an unhealthy facination with clocks. I really just fell in love with all the different and unique styles of clocks that I saw today. I think i might start collecting them. and old fashioned keys. those are sweet too.
