So I've been trying to do some shoots a bit out of the norm and a bit out of my comfort zone lately and I finally got the chance to do a shoot with paint powder. I had seen a ton of images online from other peoples shoots and tried to read as much about the powder itself as I could. But really, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I found someone to shoot with and I went out and bought as many colors as I could find. And let me tell you, it was nothing like I thought. The powder was so much more baby powdery than I expected it to be. And I definitely expected my shoots to turn out differently, but once we started there was no turning back. I am beyond excited about the end result. The shots turned out so awesome, full of color and with a serious artistic flair. Which worked out since my model is an actual painter so she loved the whole idea. So here are some shots,
