my goodness, i feel so swamped. sometimes i just want to scream.
i love being a mom, and i feel very accomplished when i get housework done, but there's always more to do, or something else i should be doing and no one helps out. my sister's always either at work or at her boyfriend's and my husband works very hard 44 hours a week, so when he comes home he just wants to relax. to top it off, my sister yelled at me for not having done the dishes as the baby slept.
there are so many things you're supposed to do when the baby's sleeping. you're supposed to sleep, but you're also supposed to have You time, but you're also supposed to do the housework, but you're also supposed to get back in shape from the pregnancy. so unless doing housework is your idea of fun and you can do it in your sleep while staying active enough to burn calories and work muscles, i don't see how it can be done!
when the baby's awake, i have to keep my eyes on him at all times because noone else will or can help. and i don't mind most of the time, but it just seems i can never have a break.
*sigh*
it feels good to vent, but i hate complaining! i just really needed to get that all out
...
oh, and i miss sex. it's been three months

I hope you're able to get some help.
Oh and 44 hours of work a week is NOT enough for him to use it as an excuse. My husband works MINIMUM 48 but usually 60 hours a week and STILL helps me with the kids and house. And he's an Ironworker so it's hard construction.
