Other Shift Manager - "What's a fedora?"
Me - " It's the sort of hat that was popular in the-"
Roommate - "It's a Frank Sinatra hat."
OSM - "Ohhh one of those!"
Conversations like these make me want to bang my head against things. >.<
I'm too sleepy to think of anything more to report right now.

With stupid people my advice is try to avoid using big words like "fedora" or "of" and you'll get on fine.
Also refering to things as a "Frank Sinatra hat" or a "Norman Mailer teapot" usually helps too. They probably still have no idea what you're talking about, but they will be too afraid to admit it.
