So I attempted to decoupage my slab of plywood........
Yeah, I learned the hard way what happens to paint chips when you put them near water or anything water-based: they curl up like they're the brightly colored carnie cousins of pillbugs and absolutely refuse to go back to their previous flat state of being.
So I cursed at them for awhile, ripped them all off of the wood, wiped it down thoroughly, and have started masking sections off in preparation for a coordinated attack with my acrylics.
I *WILL* have my desk, dammit.
