Earlier tonight, my parents made me an pretty damn good offer. basically its if my brother and i live in the condo, then after a short time of paying rent, we will have the option of buying the condo. it would be the biggest purchase i would ever have. now im looking at moving down to the city and living there. would really make my world change.

anyway just wanted to say that.
