well, I am pack and ready to go. I mad a very quick decision to go to Vegas tonite and handle some things. see the family, I owe them a long overdue visit!!

i think one of my LA friends will be there covering some awards show so that will be cool to show her around my old town a little.

sick still. yesterday I went to work all stoned out on decongestants and painkillers. kinda freaky.

and still, everyniote for the last week I have woken up from nitemares...

is it because I am staying up til 4 am everynite? i am not eating anything before going to bed. i NEVER used to dream at all for the last few years and now this.

i can't fall asleep before 3 lately. then when I do fall asleep I wake up either seeing shit or to the sound of my own voice yelling for some reason. freaking me out.

feeling a little sick. screw this.

oh and screw hormones too. i am sick of being a horny little man. help!

tonite I danced. it's a rarity, so I figured I mention it. a female friend invited me out and it was a good time. I should do it more often but .. I don't know. fuck it.

i am TIRED. 3 hours of practice and 3 hours of dancing means I NEED SLEEP!

my friends knew of me being down today and so tonite we met up and drove to the beach at like 12:30am tonite.

it's very cliche'. but the ocean clears my head. the air and the in and out of the tide just makes me feel better ALL the time. like a reconnection of sorts.
