i haven't quite adjusted to the weather here yet. spring is much warmer back home. i expected the winter to be as cold as it was (which was apparently mild by most Minnesotan standards). last summer when i was up here looking for an apartment i was shivering. in the summer. the landlord was teasing me. i was also puzzled by the lack of air conditioning units accompanying the apartments.

it will be interesting to see how i adjust and romanticize the dripping summers back home.
