I think I've discovered the perfect "Man diet". Start buy drinking lots of whiskey. While this may not be the best idea if your on the proverbial wagon, it works if you can keep from drinking yourself into ablivion. Then take up smoking again (but only on the weekends) if you lack the willpower to just keep it to the weekends, who cares just do it. Last but certainly not least find an incredible girl to take your mind off of everything else. Believe it or not this could be the most dangerous part of the diet. I'm pretty sure that I've managed to lose 10-15lbs. in the last week or so. It's the only diet you'll ever love.
I've been so busy that I haven't even had the chance to think about food. Naturally you have to put something in your system but I wouldn't recommend anything to heavy and defintely try and grab some energy food; fruits, veggies, that sort of thing.
I don't know if it's part of the diet but walking around town with a big'ol stupid grin on your face certainly seems to be a side effect of this weight loss program.
