Aaargh!!! I just applied and I'm so nervous. My good friend, who's already an SG helped me with pictures. She kept telling me to not worry about getting on the site and to remember that I'm hot anyway, but it's hard not to attach at least a little bit of self-worth to the process. We've started comparing it to waiting to hear back about college applications. I suppose that I should just settle back into normal routine and stop surfing the site a million hours per day, but it's so much more appealing to read about all these interesting people and look at their cool concepts than to write a three page paper in french about "The Exile and the Kingdom".
The O.C.'s second season starts in 51 minutes and I can't wait. Why, oh why do I love that show? Perhaps it is Adam Brody with his beautiful geekiness and his sharp wit that I just can't stand to miss. I practically cried when I saw the preview for the second season.
Oooh...I bought my Le Tigre ticket today!!! That's definetly something to look forward to. It's taking place on Nov 22...merrrr. I'm also going to The Faint on sunday and David Sedaris a week from today. Hooray!!
I had my first encounter with phone sex today. It was sooooo hot (needless to say). My boyfriend lives a couple of hours away and I can't stand not having sex readily available at all times. grrr. I suppose that I'll just have to content myself with alone-time in the shower.
It was the most beautiful fall day ever today. My college campus looks like it belongs in a movie. It has that quintessential college look with huge brick buildings and an enormous front lawn with large trees that have been losing their leaves. I think I'll die if I ever leave the northwest for more than a year. I need to return to my homeland to spawn.
