i've been missing my kitties lately, so here are some pics to cheer me up!

they're brothers from a litter of strays my mom found behind her house. we took them in and spoiled them for three years. then hubby joined the navy and we had to give them up when we moved to california. by far the hardest thing we've ever had to do.

fortunately, they are living with my mom's coworker and her two young boys, so we can keep tabs on them. sometimes i want to just see them again, but i know if i do, i'll never let them go again. at least i'm happy to know that they are now the childhood pets of those two little kids. childhood pets always have a special place in your heart.

i really like them, i just wish he had photo shopped the wing straps out. kinda takes away from the image i think.

hmm, can't think of much else, other than to tel yall that socal could really use some help right now. on monday i'm going to contact the animal hospital that took in so many evacuated patients to see how i can help them, be it by volunteering, or just donating whatever they need. what can YOU do???
