I spent the weekend camping with some of the SGUK folks down at a beach near Littlehampton. It has been awhile since I tried camping with my motorbike so I had to cut out quite a lot of items before it would all fit. Even then I think I brought a few too many things. Anyway, I finally left my house just after 6 pm and raced down the A24 to the beach. I got there and following Lissom's instruction I walked up and down the beach and discovered that I was the only person there...fortunately I ran into gtwr and Solipsistic on the way back to the car park. After picking a campsite in the dunes, gtwr and Solipsistic started setting up gtwr's enormous tent. I think it's a 8 person or may 12 person tent:

More people drifted in and it started to look like a real campsite:



We swam in the ocean, watched poi, ate some, hiked some, slept a little or a lot, met new friends and saw old one's too...it was a real nice meet.....
