Just got back from a trip to Bristol. Things I did:
- Rented a room from Premier Apartments for not too bad a price for Bristol City Center
- Met up with October
- Went to a strip club (never done that before!!)
- Got introduced to Katamari Damacy
- Visited the Army Air Museum at Middle Wallop
I went by motorbike this time. It was raining on the way to Bristol so my waterproof gear got a real workout. The only items that got wet were my gloves because the water ran up the cuffs. It didn't rain on the way back but it was cold!. I also found out that my rear brakes barely work so that's another thing I'll have to look at.
The place where I stayed was nice. For 70 per night you get a one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen near Bristol City center. It's meant to be rented to corporate types who stay for weeks at a time...so that was kind of interesting...
I got my first lapdance from a Slovakian blonde who was gorgeous! I probably wouldn't go again but it was an interesting experience...
As for the Katamari Damacy thing...well, I have October to thank for introducing it to me. A very weird and funny game (see the link)...

It's a nightmare to have to keep fighting like that instead of just getting rid of the nuisance plant and that's the end of it.
