I Need some major help Ya'll !!!!!
Okay so I'm taking this weight training class and the only thing I know is to gain lean muscle I need to do 2 sets of 12 reps instead of just 10 reps per set. I need to take in protein and what not.
So what exactly do I need to eat nutrition wise cause I am eating at night a lot and try to eat during the day too, but I'm busy with school and such so don't really pay attention nutrition wise, just eat whatever like cereal or a lunchable.
So does anyone know what to do to go from 121-123 to 130-135? Thats what I weighted last was 135 and right now it is 121 and I go up and down from 121 to 123 since I work out tuesday and thursday. I also do an ab workout in my class doing crunches tuesday and sit ups thursday so gaining weight is going to be tough since I am burning calories and my metabolism is high.
I just want to gain weight and have my clothes fit me. They are falling off and thats not cool. I don't want to buy new clothes again. I bought new clothes this summer and they are larges damn't! frown
My X Large stuff doesn't fit anymore either and that bums me out since I used to weigh 160 a year ago and I will never weigh that much again. Oh well, guess I can give them to friends who want some cute stuff. They'll like that! biggrin
