I wrote this on my birthday. I know Its so freakin sad and depressing, but oh well. I think its pretty damn good!
Describes how I've been feeling about my life and how I will never be happy in finding happiness again. Not good enough perhaps. I'm told again and again I'm such a kickass girl, but there just isn't too much about me thats good enough for a guy to like me back.

Shattered 12-29-05
Hiding behind long strands of golden hair

Feeling consumed with madness

Two pools of shimmering blue dart

back and forth waiting for the end to near

The porcelain mask drops to the floor

shattering into dust

Breaking down she falls to her knees

begging for the feelings she will never

experience

Pleading for the pain to finally end

Wanting love to surround her tired

and broken heart

Things she will never have nor ever

recieve within her lifetime

Passing by others never see the little

girl trapped beneath this womans outer shell

Insane laughter resinates throughout the

darkened tunnels of her prison walls
