So about 9-10 months ago I injured my lower back. A lot of my life revolves around fitness and exercise so It's been a long hard stretch with so many restrictions on myself, as most things would cause me pain and discomfort. I have missed out on National representative teams and countless other opportunities, BUT Today I achieved my short term goal of running for 20 minutes continuous without any ill feeling, pain or tightness!!! Not there yet, but making progress! Slowly but surely I'll get back!!!!
