I love this song. I love this album. But it wasn't until I looked at the lyrics that I realized how creepy it is to me.
It's almost like they wrote this song based on me and my younger cousin Margaret. She is two years younger than me and she had a knack for butting in on nearly every guy I was interested in when I was younger.
I was so happy when she moved away... but then she came back and started going out with my friend Mike. Then she cheated on him, slept with his best friend/roommate and when they were having some time apart she got knocked up by some other guy. I'm convinced now that mike is a glutton for punishment.

But the lyrics are so tied into the way things were... she even commented on my moodiness once. How does Camera Obscura know these things?
