Today we learned that hands are safe and warm. Arlo has been deathly afraid of hands his entire life. I woke up from a nap and he was burrowed in my hands. I expected our bond to take at least a month... Nope, 3 days!

He has already learned "Step Up" which is his command to step up on a finger or hand. He loves to explore, especially trying to find out what the new kitten is. He has a cat toy, jingly ball thing, that he actually throws around and plays with - that's freakin cute.

I am overjoyed that Arlo is settling in and that he finds that I am his safe place.

Here's to Arlo, we will make a great team!
