For the first time ever, i drank away a cold. How crazy is that? You know how they say you should drink lots of water when you're sick? I drank lots and lots of beer and it worked the same.

I don't know that much about internal medicine, but my guess was that you don't become dehydrated when you're sick, you just need the fluid to work as a flushing agent. It keeps your system working and constantly cleaning out the nasties.

So, I figured if I drank a lot, I"d piss twice as much and that might help. Granted, alcohol consumption breaks down the immune system....

But here is what I did. The first day I was aill, I slept like 12 hours and took two Centrum, and two fat Vitamin C tabs. Then, that afternoon I drank for like 8 or 9 hours.

I slept at the exact same time every night for the next ten or so days and drank every moment I wasn't at work. And took two Centrum, and two fat Vitamin C tabs. I drank maybe 3 glasses of water that whole time and maybe ate a total of like 6 meals. And, now I'm all better. How fucking odd is that?
