So the theme of my review....
The review is celebrating thirty years of the company, so the theme is all things Parkside. It's numbers and scenes from shows they have done, songs that feature the personalities and history of the company, and songs and bits that celebrate theatre-making in general.
That doesn't sound very exciting, I know (Whaddya want? It's "Parkside Players@30, a Musical Celebration". Not the most inspiring of titles).
It will have some terrific people involved. It will be funny, and if I do it right, exciting and enjoyable. If I REALLY do my job right, some parts will even be touching, without me making it too shmaltzy.
Other theatre news...
My costume for Much Ado is gonna be SO COOL. Well, the candy-raver one anyway. The other is just a teeny little bikini and sarong, so I guess you could call that cool too. That little Shakespeare ditty will be playing for FREE in NYC parks (one show in each borough) at the end of July, so let me know if you'll be in town and I'll drop you some info.
I need to play with my new camera more.

And now back to work.
But first, anything you'd like to know?
Love to you...
