Hi again.
I'm trying my best not to be depressed. It's not that I have a reason to be depressed, not more than usual stuff anyway, but in the past week I have fallen into inexplicable depressions three times. I push past it when I am at work, an its truly exhausting. I have so much work that needs doing at home too, but that's when it gets the most debilitating.
It'll pass, I know. And I'll get help for it if it doesn't.
It occurs to me that this may be the ideal state to attack some songwriting, but I don't really want to think about it.
Meanwhile, I saw "Next To Normal" at the Booth Theatre yesterday. Goodness, it was incredible. As the daughter of a bipolar person in hit quite close to home, but I still loved it. Great stuff. If you are in or near NY, I highly suggest trying to see it (though tickets really are prohibitively expensive).
Love to you...
