Im getting really frustrated with work. The bike shop i work at is the biggest bike shop in WNY and is run by a bunch of stingy, egotistical, scumbag assholes and my job as senior sales associate id to ensure that everything in my store looks good and sells, but, god forbid i ever have an idea on how to improve sales or a way to better the company. I get told things like "why do you care?" and "well this is the way its always been done, why cant you just go along with it?" i get told that i'm not a "team player" because i make a suggestion on how to improve something and get more people in the shop and improve sales.
How the fuck am i not a team player when all i'm trying to do is improve sales for YOUR store you fat drunk piece of shit.
Other than that all is calm on the home front.
