last week i weighed in and lost 5 pounds, even though i thought i put on weight. this week who knows, i'll be weighing in a couple hours. i've been pretty hardcore on this weight loss journey for the past month or so. i was slacking off for quite a bit, cheating here and there. total down - 55 pounds. the gym and riding my bike has really helped also. i've been stuck in a skid as far as sleeping. i usually try to sleep from 730am to 1pm then take a nap before work. instead i've been sleeping from 730am to 430pm. this has got to stop.

Awesome dude. Your gonna love it. The first thing I did was mod mine. I took it apart and removed the little internal speaker. It beeps like 5 times per picture. Thats not very stealthy.

Congratulations on the weight loss!! that is a hard thing to stick to. I love food, like really love food, and am lucky (knock on wood) that I have a fast metabolism. I dread the day it catches up with my age.....
