picture this, i've got this 12 foot aluminum row boat and it's max capacity for an outboard engine is rated at 10 horsepower. i usually run a 6HP on it, but i also have a 25 horsepower motor that hasn't run in awhile. i got it running this morning, by replacing the magnetos and decided to put it on the boat. holy shit does that thing fly on that boat. the boat sits like a racing boat in the stern just a few inches from the water and the bow way up. well the meanie greenies caught me testing the motor out. one guy the senior guy was ok with it he thought it was fuckin cool and fast. the other guy the more junior guy wasn't and decided to be a ball buster and handed me a 100 dollar ticket. that put me through the roof. i asked him if he knew this guy. the guy i was asking him about was his superior officer. i volunteer my time and mechanical skillz to the environmental police and well i'm gonna ask for a little forgiveness to his higher ups.
