exhausted would be the word for today, yet i'm still going to drag my fat ass to the gym in a little bit. it's been about a year, since i've decided to finally lose some weight and the total is 50 pounds. for the past month i've been off the "diet" and now it's time to go back on. i want to lose another 30 to 40 pounds, but this second stretch is going to be hard especially after going off and half-assing it for the past month. i'm counting points.
