you know you have spent too much time studying the "Thousand Nights and One Night" when you start and end every sentence with some praise to Allah... without thinking about it... and when you aren't Muslim. fortunately they are all excellent stories and if Allah is responsible He should definately be praised for them.
in better news though, i managed to find two more of the greatest children's faerie tale collections ever. "A Book of Giants" and "A Book of Charms and Changelings" by Ruth Manning-Sanders. the local library had them when i was younger and they pretty much cemented my fascination for the fae. if anyone out there happens to know where anymore of them might be purchased make me an offer and if i can afford them i will buy them from you.
anyway, back to immerse myself in fabulous cities and various grotesqueries. for there is no architect nor freak like Allah...
