i just cleaned like a fucking maniac all afternoon/evening...till about now.
i have this week off fro school, but this was my last full day off... i have work tomorrow. blech
it was awesome to see everybody @ elmcitydrunk's house
I should get out more....
this semester is going to involve more studying than previous semesters. however it's material i'm more into and more apt to geek out about. it's the part of the course where all the seperate peices start to make a whole: or rather we should be learning to get the big picture from all the various info....i like that kind of thing, so i'm happy.
clinical is on a hospital floor for the next 6 months. should be exciting/stressfull--i hope to learn a lot.
i just faced a huge decision:
I got my tuition reembursment from work and had a huge dilemma: pay off half of my total credit card debt, or drop down to working one day a week at the end of january until the end of my program.
paying off the credit card debt won.
i've been thinking about it for like a month and i've been ambivilant. it sucks to work three shifts + clinical which is like three shifts and then add in 12 hours of class time, 2 days off in a month.....and the actual studying.
I have used absolutely all of my vacation time and sick time.
---however---
this semester will suck less than last semester in that our clinnical site is not the same place as my job. so at least it's 2 different places. and the hospital stuff is all new to me-- which is awesome.
also-- i like the material in this semester better.
and the idea of paying off my credit card debt by the time i graduate is pretty fucking attractive.
I will however have a shit load of student loans left.....but i can live with that.
so anyway i'm in the midst of grandios new years resolutions that I can blow off again in 2006
business as usual
