thanks for all of your encouraging words.
it's easy to let other people (and their comments) get to you, and i think that i why i started to second guess myself. in a culture so surrounded by materialism and status symbols...i guess that i need to stop worrying about what other people think of me. this is something that i realized that i grew into...i never used to care about what other people thought of me. it's like a learned behavior or something. possibly being at a university that enrolls affluent youth, it is hard not to feel this way.
does anyone else feel this way? or is it just me?
