well, ok. Here we go. So I quit drinking soda and as some of you know, Dr. Pepper is a lifeline for me. I quit eating red meat...for the most part. instead of taquitos or chicken strips at work, I am eating salad. I am sitting here eating a grapefruit as I type this. I have been doing this for 2 days and I dont like it! All I can say is, If I lose 100 lbs, I want 5 suicide girls in vegas for a weekend of bebauchery! You ladies can decide which 5 because I adore you all

I need to stop: coffee with 3 sugars in it. Cola.... I drink it like the world's supply is for me only. Fatty meat.... EGGS....
