I love the beach too, that's why I only live a block from it. I can't wait til it gets warmer so I can streak from my apartment down to the beach jump in the water and then streak back. All under the cover of darkness of course.

just personal opinion i guess but id say dont skimp ca$h on a tattoo. its permenent so better to wait 6 mos or whatever and have the job done amazingly well than save 100 bucks and have the job be only mediocre. good luck with your friend have fun. hope he stays safe.
