Sometimes I'm amazed by the media. If you didn't know George W. Bush made an adress to the United States at 8pm Eastern Standard Time. At 8pm Fox was airing it's two hour finale of The Swan (which I think is the most revolting and morally wrong program ever). Now you have these women in a beauty pagent for the surgically enhanced at the same time as the commander in chief is updating the nation on what is going on in Iraq. Did Fox cut in to show this? No they did not, rather they decided to perpetuate stereotypes of female beauty that have been establsihed by a patriarchal society. The media fucking pisses me off.

i feel bad for all the chicks, when even after they've been fixed up to be 'beautiful, they're still not pretty enough. how bad would you feel about yourself??? what e terrible idea for a show. bu thats what fox is there for.
