I have not been working (in the terms of a paying job, that is) recently, and have been staying up till 7:30am every day. Its really not good for me, and I have been having a super hard time getting my schedule back on time. Im going to drink a whole load of 'sleepy-time' tea tomorrow and hopefully get knocked out.
My band has been practicing alot more, and performing a lot more as of late, and things are going well for the most part. If I have time I will get the final Segue site up, but at the moment I just put up a splash page at http://www.segue.cc/
Perhaps, I have been spreading myself a bit thin with way too many differnet musical, spiritual, scientific studies. I need to concentrate on my college studies and naturopathic and career studies. I have an understanding of what I need to due and all the resources and support to do it, I just need to follow that, and not get distracted and lazy. I just need to find out exactly how many studies and activities I can balance all at once, and get rid of the ones that are taking me over the edge. It seems sometimes liek there is never enought time to do everything I want and study and learn everything I want. I always want to suck in more learning and info, it is a natural tendency. I have been told that I need to stop doing that and instead go to the other pole and teach others, so perhaps I should work on that. Well, Ive been sick for the last two days, so I guess I have some room for relaxation.
I got a sake set in, and I would like some premium ginjo or junmei ginjo sakes, but all that I have found around here are lower quality. And the two US online distributors of the good stuff dont seem to mail stuff to PA. Any ideas?
And I would like to try some organic spirits when I get a chance. Im not big into drinking, as it just makes you dumber and is bad for you, but it is nice every now and then.

Well, I decided to just blab on a bit about random mundane stuff in my life, which I almost never do. I usually think of doing this as self absorbed, and perhaps it is, but it is journal after all.
Though I cant call it my real journal, as I would never write the incredibly esoteric, deep, strange and complex, stuff that I write in my real journal.

Another friday, another performance, another giant group of kids eating at a late night diner and acting like a bunch of crackheads.
