Veggies and French grapes are really takin' off now, and so are the weeds. Gotta get to work as soon as the rain stops. Got lots of cherries and apples too, this may be a good year for Chardanay.

Cool evenings are great for running now, 5 miles tonight, I'm a late night runner, never get out before 9:00 sometimes after midnight.

Crows still distrust me, but they always sneak in and eat everything I give them tho, mostly boiled eggs, cracked corn and peanuts. Still a murder of six, still not sure why a flock of crows is called a murder. Robins have been back for about 3 weeks, so maybe Winter will stay gone, they tend to be smarter than the WeatherChannel.

Discovered that crows like pancakes but their favorite so far is scrambled eggs. At least they scatter the pancakes all over the neighborhood so they can eat them later.
