Don't mean to hurt any feelings 'cause it's only an opinion, but little sister Solange is a better singer than Beyonc.

As always the big blizzard forecast was a bust, 2.5 inches is not much even for the Smokey Mountains. It does mess up my running route tho, ice, crazy drivers, and a full moon are not ideal for pedestrians. Think I'll wait a couple days for a meltdown. Gym in the basement still works OK tho. This probably the most Winter we've had here in...

Finally some warm weather, rain at no extra charge however. Runnin' in warm rain is still better than cold anything. I need Summer really soon.

Well it has been warmer the last couple of days..if you want to call that a thaw..But we can still expect most of our snow in March and that sucks!!

Noticed that even here, as open minded as this site is, that if I post anything that comes close to or people think is politics or religion that no one will comment. Please be sure, Pat Robertson has nothing to do with God or religion. He subscribes to the church of mean, hateful, self-serving godless heathens[actually I think he is more of a senile old...

Gonna have a heat wave wednesday, clear up to 42F. Have to get started on the fruit tree and grapevine pruning, only have about a month and a half before things start sprouting again. Spring will be none too soon for me. At least being couped up inside I get allot of gym time in. Really in bad need of some serious running, gettin' too...

If you have everything you need you dont need money. But I'm sure things will be better sooner or later.
madscience:
Sounds like a great cooking goal. And you're right about my new furnace. It was probably smart to replace sooner rather than later.

I now have a new skill, its called tundra survival, when I run my fingers and toes become one with the permafrost.

The cats sit at the deck door and look out and when I open the door for them, they give me the "your an idjit" look.whatever

Time for resolutions

1. start a big permanent herb garden[no not hemp]
2. find a freeze-proof avocado tree.
3. take better care of the French grapes
4. get back to 10K running distance[almost there]
5. actually use the gym in my basement
6. that's enough, probably too much
